This is the organic version of our very popular Original flavour mustard a versatile condiment, complementing cheeses and cold meats in sandwiches and platters; it makes a deliciously different vinaigrette and an exciting addition to sauces and marinades. Organic food certification ensures that your food contains no genetically modified products, and that the ingredients used have been grown using only permitted organic practices and are not irradiated. Organic Cumberland Mustard is made with brown and yellow mustard seed and nutmeg, freshly milled for the finest flavour, and a high proportion of honey and fruity cider vinegar. We manufacture in small batches to ensure freshness and the greatest possible care for quality. Mustard seed contains no gluten.
