Horseradish mustard
Makes an indispensable baste for roast beef and complement to cold meats. Try it in bean casseroles or pea and ham broth. Ingredients: Brown & yellow mustard seed, honey, cider vinegar, spring water, horseradish, sea salt, nutmeg. Free from artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives. Peppered Steak with mustard sauce. Serves 4. Ingredients: A quick, tasty & luxurious classic combination. Press the crushed peppercorns into both sides of the steaks. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the steaks, in two batches if necessary. Cooking times - Remove the cooked steaks from the pan & keep warm. Add the mushrooms to the same pan, scraping up any bits of peppercorn, & fry for 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour in the cream and brandy, add the mustard and mix well, gently heating the cream through without boiling it.
