Ideally located for easy and swift travel to the Lake District and Eden Valley along the famous A686 (recently included in the AA Magazine's "The World's 10 Great Drives"), the Northumberland National Park and Hadrian's Wall (the Roman Wall) are only half an hours drive to the north. The Yorkshire Dales National Park is to the south.

We offer comfortable ensuite bedrooms with television, direct dial telephones,tea and coffee making facilities and hair dryers. We have a non smoking restaurant, seperate breakfast and tea rooms, and a large function room for buffets, weddings, christenings etc. catering for up to about 150 people.

Food is freshley prepared on our premesis, with vegetarians well catered for. We have restaurant and bar menus and are open to non residents.
